UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law

Welcome to the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law. The journal was founded in the fall of 2015 as a student-run publication, advised by Professor Gregory Shaffer, dedicated to the advancement of legal scholarship in the fields of international, transnational, and comparative law. It produces one symposium issue each year that brings together leading scholars from around the world on international and transnational legal issues.
