Abstract
Erwin Chemerinsky is known for speaking in outline. These notes from the first day of class for his Spring 2015 Federal Courts course at UCI Law is just one example of the notes he creates to prepare for his outline-style lectures. The archival collection includes handwritten and typed notes from countless lectures prepared throughout Chemerinsky's career.
